Perspective. . . noticing the ‘ego’

Perspective. . . noticing the ‘ego’

Here is an interesting article regarding shifting to get perspective on our limiting behaviors and perceptions. The article describes the very thing we do in therapy – trying to help others to ‘see’ themselves, as defined by how their ego ‘works’. When we can gain a more objective perspective, we can decide about letting go of that which is not serving us. This is a journey in growth – the ability to recognize how the subconscious interferes with being able to be present and clear here and now.
