Is my personal reality loving? Do you expect compromises and limitations? Can you express kindness, appreciation, affection with ease? Do you practice tolerance and forgiveness? Do you expect the positive… that things will go well?
The underlying emotions and beliefs to your answers, point to what can be recognized and mindfully released so that you can freely feel your loving and kind nature.
