| Who Will Benefit?

Releasing or ‘letting go’ is useful for those who are functioning well but are interested in more fully realizing their potential and enhancing their well-being, as well as for those experiencing ‘problems’ or have situational issues. The Sedona Method® has proven effective in addressing the following and many inter-related issues:
- Relationships at home, work or social
- Anger
- Anxiety
- Addictions, habits, tendencies in behaviours (eating disorders, substance abuse, being late, hoarding/clutter, smoking, etc.)
- Depression (low or ‘down’, stagnation or ‘stuck’, lack of direction)
- Security – personal and financial
- Trauma(s)
- Procrastination
“Thank you... I just know that releasing is the answer to everything, and I am reminding myself of this daily as I move through the 'agflap'.
A couple of days ago, I was asked to be responsible for something I was procrastinating for quite some time at work. Well, I just dealt with it with honesty and now not one week later I have almost completed the task. This has also inspired me to have a momentum of cleaning up all of the stuff I have somehow been procrastinating on and it feels good - like I am clearing the way for space and new things.” - A.G. - Vancouver Teacher and graduate of the Inspired Pathways program.
Anyone can benefit, even if you think you do not have access to your feelings and- even when dealing with difficult or conflict situations.
“I cannot find anything to add to these two simple words to fully describe my appreciation to the universe for bringing me to Karyn and the Sedona Method.
When I came to the course I was 100% present and committed. I found it difficult to get in touch with my feelings yet fully understood the process involved and the need to do this. It all released in my session, when I began to choke up and felt like throwing up. Releasing had taken a hold of me and I finally got it.
This morning I had that dreaded phone call and wow - simply solved! I took control and came from a place of courage, acceptance and peace. The proof is in the pudding and my goodness it tasted good! Should I go on? … I could. Thank you.” - R. Verjee, businessman.
