Joe is a graduate who used the releasing method to help recover from a serious plane crash: “I have been releasing for a year and a half. Aside from having the best health of my life, an ability to love and be loved and more money than I’ve ever earned or obtained in my life, I have found PEACE OF MIND. I live anxiety-free and have fun with a light heart and a clean mind. My problem solving ability has improved to a degree I never imagined and I am enjoying my life more than ever.” - Joe Dillon, Business executive and graduate of the Inspired Pathways Program.
“I don't know if you remember -- I was the guy who came in with the real bad chronic back pain and showed incredible improvement within weeks of starting to release. Thank you! Anyway, I was so inspired by the goodness that has been brought into my life. The back pain and the emotional toll I was putting myself through taught me something very deep about emotionality and the mind-body connection.” - J.W., Toronto graduate of the Inspired Pathways program.

“Being an Aboriginal person, and an Aboriginal Social worker, I've come to realize that my people have become imprisoned in their own minds, due to over 500 years of cultural oppression, which has literally torn apart the very fabric of our people's culture and spirituality. How can my people let go of the past and find forgiveness so that they can come out of the darkness and into the light of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual fulfillment? I strongly believe that a major link has been discovered in the healing process, and personal enlightenment, and it’s called the Sedona Method."
"Our Elders have always said ‘the answers that we seek lay within us.’ The Sedona Method is a non-intimidating, non-intrusive way of letting go of feelings of anger, resentment, jealousy, frustration, anxiety, stress, and fear which for many if not dealt with can manifest into physical pain and illness. The Sedona Method is an extremely powerful tool for emotional freedom and holistic healing and wellness. I highly recommend it to all Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal social workers, healers, therapists, managers, and anyone who desires deep gentle change at a accelerated pace” - Ernie P. Lafontaine, Aboriginal Healing & Wellness Coordinator; Kapuskasing Indian Friendship Centre Kapuskasing, Ontario, Canada.

“Through my work with Chicken Soup for the Soul and through my Self-Esteem Seminars, I have been exposed to many self-improvement techniques and processes. This one stands head and shoulders above the rest for the ease of its use, its profound impact, and the speed with which it produces results. The Sedona Method is a vastly accelerated way of letting go of feelings like anger, frustration, jealousy, anxiety, stress, and fear, as well as many other problems even physical pain with which almost everybody struggles at one time or another." - Jack Canfield, co-creator of the #1 New York Times best selling Chicken Soup for the Soul series.

“Brilliantly simple and simply brilliant - the Sedona Method is gentle, powerful and revolutionary in its effectiveness! You can use it to achieve your goals, enjoy inner peace, release unwanted feelings and enjoy more harmony in your relationships. I recommend it highly to all my friends, students and colleagues. Do yourself a big favour and put it to work in your life. The Sedona Method is a great resource for coaches, therapists, healers, managers, and anyone who desires deep, gentle change at a rapid pace.” - Gay Hendricks, Ph.D., author of Conscious Loving and The Conscious Heart
Through guided processes in a safe environment, I learned not to be frightened by my feelings or let them overwhelm me. Instead I have learned to be present and work through them until they are no longer problematic. I can do this anytime, anywhere, alone or in the presence of others by using a variety of techniques that I learned at the workshop.
"The Sedona Method gives me a language and frame of reference to know what’s going on within me and empowers and enables me to release and move forward toward greater courage, acceptance and peace.” - L. M. Toronto, Canada graduate of Inspired Pathways program.
"Thank you for staying with me and allowing the time for me to go through the process as much as I needed to. I hope it also benefited others on the call. I would still like the opportunity to work with you more and will not hesitate to contact you if and when something comes up that I feel I'm not getting on my own." - Many Blessings, M.D. following an April 2006 teleconference support night call.

“I took the Sedona Method weekend course from Karyn two months before entering law school as a mature student. Thank goodness I did. Within a short time of starting school (which could have been stressful enough by itself), I had to deal with the following:
- my student loan documents never got to the school by the tuition deadline
- my husband and I separated
- my then 13 year old daughter who had a drug problem, and whom we believed was pregnant, ran away with her 17 year old boyfriend
- my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer
- I witnessed a very ugly criminal case
I had a full plate. Yes, normally I would have been in a state of paralysis but I used the Method, and released like crazy, enabling me to deal with these issues without getting tied up in the doubts, fears and depression that I would otherwise have experienced in the past. I was able to clearly see what had to be done and I was able to follow through without fear. Law school? – It is now two years’ later and I’m half way through my studies. Life has never been better. I have done very well academically (I was one of very few students who remained calm through two sets of exams) and succeeded in arranging the articling position of my dreams. The Sedona Method is a life saver and all it took was one weekend to learn all about it.” - Terri Nguyen, Toronto graduate, now a lawyer in Canada.
“By taking the Sedona Method Workshop with Karyn, I am now better able to identify and release sad, fearful and other negative emotions and underlying beliefs that have kept me stuck in depression and anxiety for years."

“I have gained some space and feel some lightness of being. After you worked with me last night, while still on the call, I continued releasing and yet more grief surfaced. This morning on my drive to work, I was able to stay more present with my drive and was spontaneously releasing as soon as I was focusing on the ‘discomfort’ in my body. By the time I arrived to the office, I was bubbling with joy. I haven't felt this in a while. What a relief! I'm not saying it's all gone, but at least I have a breather for the moment."
“I must be going through a big change though with all the ‘stuff’ that is coming up. Or, I have made a change in MIND and these past emotions/frequencies don't fit anymore and I need to let them go. Regardless, I'm grateful to have the tools and community to be able to work with it and understand to the best of my ability and let go without the need to analyze it to death. Thanks!” - Monique M. Graduate of Inspired Pathways Alberta, Canada program.
“I release constantly so I have no build up. When anything that appears ‘bad’ happens, I can look at the good. I hardly ever get upset. I do get sad sometimes when things happen. I cry if I lose a loved one. But I feel that I am constantly releasing. I am therefore an eternal optimist; I think!” - Lee, graduate of Inspired Pathways program.

“The course provided insight into my inner self. There is light where there was darkness. There is hope and sense of inner peace. I’m learning self-acceptance and that my feelings are NOT ME! That’s a weight lifted off my shoulders. I also realize how in pride I am and how I’m learning to recognize the inner critic. - A.W. Toronto Pilates Instructor
“I have to say that it seems each time that we speak, something incredible happens. The day after we spoke last week, I received an email from Martin letting me know that he has been offered an incredible job position in a city that is just 30 minutes away from where I will be living! (In Europe)… I am just going to keep releasing on it all, because quite clearly everything is just already taken care of, whatever that should mean. 'I' even managed to find a ticket from Vancouver to Toronto, Toronto to New York City and then NYC back to Vancouver on the precise dates and times I wanted to travel, for just $650.00 including tax! It also seems that I am somehow coming more in line, with all of the small synchronicities that are happening. And all this, and I know that I am not in my 'fully released' posture. I am, however, more open to being where I am for the moment, so thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me to rest with what is. I hope that you are wonderful and I am really looking forward to seeing you.” - Allison, Graduate from Toronto, traveling the world and achieving her goals.
"In my work with Karyn, I have gained greater clarity about the aspects of life which take me away from my truer self. I've learned to see old patterns, to identify them for what they are and to release them. Karyn's coaching has brought me to a greater awareness of the possibilities, a willingness to relax and trust and an ability to make clear choices. I am lighter, freer and happier as a result of working with Karyn and the Sedona Method." M. Nice, Banking Executive, Florida, USA

“Thank you for the tools. I took the course in Toronto 9 months ago. I was skeptical. I thought the results might wear off after a while. Here is the news: The Sedona Method does not wear off. The tool box becomes bigger, better and easier to use. Recognizing when it is necessary to go to the box and help myself to happiness is becoming clearer with each passing day. Automatic pilot is setting in. When I do fall into my old patterns of unhappy thought, the Method kicks in - AGFLAPCAP pops into my head and I have no choice but to let go and be in Peace. It is almost instant. I can't imagine what it will be like 9 months from now. I may just float away - who knows? Again, thanks for the light.” - Peter, Mayne Island. British Columbia, Canada.
“What I liked most was the group in our course and the group releases with Karyn’s loving approach to understanding the Method. One release felt like a guided meditation – it was beautiful. Karyn is a godsend – an absolute angel!” - S. Bennett, Toronto Canada, Sedona Method Coach.

"The Sedona Method has helped me to dissolve the imaginary walls I was holding up, keeping me from getting really into life's flow. Now that big parts have become freer, the energy is flowing again. Also, on an emotional level, I am so much more in contact with my intuition. I am more trusting my gut knowing and also I am so much calmer, shaking off my impatience with life." A.B.
"I have a deeper sense of who I really am, more trust and acceptance and allowing all that is to be. A deep knowing that all is well and everything is exactly as it should be." K.M.

“For me, the most interesting aspect of the Method is that it gives a method, something concrete, that helps to really grasp the concept of mind and emotions and how we can choose to use one or the other at will and that we don't need to be slaves to our emotions and thoughts. It is an empowering method that is simple, yet effective. With regard to my patients who already use the Method, I see how it is a source of empowerment. When they face a challenge, they have the ability to become conscious of their reaction and decide if it is how they want to behave in that situation, what is more useful for them and change it to what they want.
What I also like about it is that it is a continuation of what I teach. For me, a life that is most fulfilling is a life lived by the values of the heart. We can live our life according to our emotions, mind or our heart. The problem that we face is to learn to recognize the emotions vs. the thoughts vs. the heart. Often the emotions spin out of control and prevent us from being able to listen to the heart, therefore the method is a very good way of helping us stay in tune in with the heart where ‘the flow’ is.” - Lise Janelle, D.Chiropractic, Toronto, Canada.
"The Sedona Method is a wonderful contribution to the field of self-acceptance and transformation. This is like an accessible, western form of Buddhist teachings that can free our hearts and minds from our self-made limitations and the old stories we tell ourselves." - Lama Surya Das, Author of Awakening The Buddha Within And Letting Go Of The Person You Used To Be.

“No Wanting
I was walking through Vancouver Airport, probably frustrated by the slow pace of the person in front of me. It made me think about how the Buddhists say that wanting or desiring, is the root of human suffering. That led to me thinking about something Karyn often says, ‘what if everything is perfect, just as it is, today.’ So I decided what the hell, I’m going to Not Want today. Everything is Just Perfect and I don’t want anything.
It was actually a pretty easy attitude to get into, and when I arrived at the desk, I asked the Air Canada agent if he could find me a bulkhead or emergency exit. (I’d already asked for that when I checked in, and had been told there were none available, but to ask at the gate.) Thing is, I was just asking – I didn’t feel that ‘want’ anymore, and it was easy to joke around with the agent, who said he’d see what he could do.
I left my ticket with him, sat down and an older woman sitting next to me said something about the agent ‘being a character,’ and I agreed, and the conversation could have ended there, and in my case usually does, but I wasn’t Wanting anything, and very uncharacteristically I said something else, and pretty soon I was in an actual conversation with this older couple and eventually they mentioned a granddaughter who wanted to do what I do for a living and wouldn’t listen to her parents or her grandparents about how best to pursue it. So I gave them my name and number to give to her. I NEVER do this. But today it was easy.
Everyone had boarded, I was the last person left in the waiting area as I went to retrieve my ticket from the agent. He didn’t say anything about whether I had a new seat and I forgot to ask. I just thanked him and went on my way. I handed my ticket to the flight attendant, she looked at it and said ‘4C.’
I was so stunned I had to count the seats mentally. One, two, three, four… yep, I was in first class. She said ‘Guess he took care of you, all right,’ and I agreed, and at that moment the agent appeared to give them the passenger list, and I hugged him and walked to my suddenly first-class seat. Saw the guy sitting there, he looks up. I say, Hello Patrick. I’m seat-mates with a great guy I worked with a few years back. Over the flight we catch up on each other’s lives and it’s one of those surprising conversations where you get some real insight into the other person, and find too that they’re on the same path as you, and you can Give something to each other just by talking and listening.

“One of my favorite things about Microsoft is how much people care about the work.Every group I worked with was extremely engaged with their project: mentally and emotionally. The downside to these radical engagements is that it can lead to huge conflicts, burnout, poor decisions. The Sedona Method was a huge help to me as a Microsoft manager. It enabled me to engage my emotions and intellect without burning out or clashing unnecessarily with others. It helped me work easily with former adversaries and to get beyond politics and preferences, to determine the best course of action for the group.” - James Tierney, Microsoft Manager and Director

“In my search for freedom from the high stress and demands of my everyday workplace and to find for myself a balanced and centred place within from which to make clear decisions, I have found the Sedona Method to be the most effective tool and the best investment of my time and resources. Previous to this, I had taken many other courses. Some were helpful at the time but none proved to have the lasting effect of the Sedona Method. From the time I took the weekend training from Karyn of Inspired Pathways, and it has become instinctual and effortless to use it in my daily life.
The results for me have been remarkable - I am calm, less frazzled and more focused and all of my relationships, both professional and personal and are deeper and richer. A number of people have noticed this and commented to me on the difference. Moreover, I have witnessed similar and extraordinary results in the lives of others that I have directed to the program. I wholeheartedly recommend the course to anyone looking to ease the burden of daily stress or simply to enrich their own existence.” - Filomena Nucaro, Investment Advisor, Toronto.
