Often, as one begins to release emotional material from the past, underlying issues become more apparent. Occasionally, one feels stuck on issues and can’t seem to proceed or feels anxious about proceeding independently. This requires the objective assistance of someone trained in various psychological techniques and the support of that other person as a guide, in order to feel the confidence to pursue those issues at some depth.

I have taken a very eclectic approach to therapy, using various tools from many schools of therapy, because different concepts seem to work in the moment for people. The results that I am witnessing with the addition of emotional releasing techniques, which I use to help others release at the very core of the emotional underpinnings of their projections and distortions of reality, has truly amazed me. Clients quickly and deeply can focus on underlying driving forces, clean up the emotions with  releasing and naturally find themselves shifting their cognition (their perceptions and interpretations) about their problems.

If you are advanced in Sedona Method® releasing techniques and would like to be able to receive individual support in your releasing, you may consider my professional coaching services.  Individual sessions and packages are available.  Packages can be purchased at a discount when registered with one of my Sedona Method® courses.  Please contact me for details , and your services will be tailored to your individual needs. 

One-on-one scheduled telephone or professional coaching meetings are designed to help you address specific identified goals and issues. With the assistance of an experienced releasing facilitator you can progress through resistance and become more aware of your ‘blind spots’ that require releasing, with the objective help offered.  Using the principles of releasing, the depths of the holdbacks in these areas will be explored to completion.

For deeper emotional issues that require additional skills of a therapist, tele-therapy can be arranged.  Similar to in-office therapy, the results using emotional releasing techniques are effective and efficient.

Professional Coaching Packages

Pkg of 3 sessions: $440 CAD (prepaid)

Pkg of 5 sessions:  $750 CAD (payment can be made in 2 instalments) - ($50 savings if paid in full)

Pkg of 10 sessions:  $1,400 CAD ($700 prepaid and $700 after 5th session to be paid) - $75 off if prepaid

First payment is due prior to first coaching session.

Private Instruction for Individuals – Packages

Private Master Coaching packages are designed for the busy professional or executive, or those who prefer a personal rather than group setting to learn the Sedona Method.  The course will include a focus on the personal issues that are at the forefront of your concern.

Ongoing Group Support - Free Teleconference Releasing Calls

The magic of being in a group setting and seeing the common ground we all share is a very rewarding experience and accelerates our ability to see ourselves and stirs up the issues that carry the emotional baggage that would best be released.  Join the teleconference and experience a group release, ask questions, clarify stumbling blocks, and gain insights with one on one assistance with releasing.  Deepen your work with releasing and have fun and enjoy the group and sense of community all at the same time!  This invitation is extended to all and especially aimed at providing support for those of you who do not have local support groups at this time.  For the latter group, please feel free to use this opportunity to speak up and get one on one assistance and shift through resistance!

Courses for Heathcare Professionals, Therapists, Executive Mentoring Services - Integrating the Sedona Method into Your Practice

This service is provided to practitioners of the releasing technologies, who require assistance from a mentor more experienced with the releasing techniques.  The professional who is dealing with complex situations and clients may often bump up against obstacles which seem to hamper their own releasing.  Sometimes there is difficulty with clarity of perception with a particular client and there seems to be stagnation or lack of results.  Sometimes one feels ‘over their head’ in dealing with a particular situation and assistance is required from an educated and experienced mentor, with expertise in releasing skills.  Sometimes counselors and therapists are not comfortable integrating releasing techniques into their mode of therapy and could benefit from some expert assistance.

Mentoring includes having the services of a professional releasing Instructor 'at your side', to assist you with your clarity and provide feedback as to any ‘glitches’ in your perspectives of situations.  The experienced Instructor will work with you as frequently as needed, will guide you experientially through the releasing processes required, resulting in the ability to change your outlook and see your choices with clarity. You will release expectations of outcomes, as well as move through fears and resistance and can expert surprising results with your own shift in awareness. 

You can expect exponential increases in personal insights, self-acceptance, self-confidence, and develop expertise in your ability to see others with objectivity.  This will improve your effectiveness in using releasing methods with others.

In addition, mentoring provides an opportunity to discuss difficult cases from your work directly, as one might in a supervision setting.

Cost is $170/hr. CAD.
