Affirmations are based on repeating and trying to believe in the positive thoughts you are stating. It is like adding good apples into a barrel that already has rotting apples in it, which is what represents the hidden the unconscious limitations and negative thoughts and beliefs that are already there within us. You can use it constantly, all day, and not just when in a meditation pose. Results occur quickly because of this and because the Sedona Method® directs you to the very core of what you truly need to let go of.
